  • Gesha Washed – Clean and elegant, this lot of African Gesha was harvested at peak ripeness (23° Brix), double-fermented, soaked in parchment, and dried slowly for a crisp, structured cup with floral aroma, vanilla sweetness, and a refreshing citric finish.

  • Gesha Orange Honey – This lot was harvested at peak ripeness and underwent a carefully monitored fermentation in mucilage, striking a balance between the clarity of washed coffees and the depth of naturals. The “orange honey” process results in a vibrant, syrupy cup with notes of stone fruit, florals, and citrus zest—an expressive take on Gesha that bridges sweetness and brightness beautifully.

  • Gesha Natural – Made from Gesha 2722 (aka Panama Gesha), this lot underwent a controlled, three-day cherry fermentation with added yeast and lactic acid bacteria, followed by a slow, temperature-controlled drying process. The result is a fruit-forward, aromatic profile with remarkable sweetness and complexity.
