We work with all major equipment manufacturers, so we are not tied to one line and can put the right equipment in front of you. We start with how your business runs – the volume across your counter, the room behind the bar, and who will be using the equipment day to day – and specify the whole setup from there: espresso machines, grinders, brewers and everything around them. Then we install it, dial it in, and make sure your team knows how to run it.
Service & repair
An experienced team, here in Austin.
Our repair team is our own – experienced technicians who are passionate about coffee equipment and know their way around it. We handle preventative maintenance, calibration and repair, and we work on machines wherever they came from.

Installation
Electrical, water and drainage checked before anything is ordered. Machines installed, plumbed, set up and dialled in, with filtration supplied and fitted.
Commercial repair
Diagnosis and repair on commercial espresso machines, grinders and brewers whatever the brand, whoever sold it to you.
On-site service
Our techs come to you, with the parts and the experience to get you serving again.
Preventative maintenance
A schedule built around your volume cleaning, calibration, gaskets and water – so the small things get caught before they close your bar.
Troubleshooting
Call or email before you book a visit. A lot of what comes up gets solved on the phone in ten minutes.
In-shop repair
Smaller units can come to us and be worked on at the bench.
