Wholesale Partnerships
Serious coffee.
None of the headaches.
We have been sourcing and roasting specialty coffee in Austin since 1993. We will help you choose the right coffee for your business, put the right equipment behind your bar, train your team to use it, and keep the whole thing running. One partner. One phone number.

An Austin original
Little City opened on Congress Avenue in 1993, back when “specialty coffee” was not yet a phrase anyone in Texas used. We are still independent, still roasting here, and still bringing some of the world’s best coffees to Austin – poured in Austin’s cafés, hotels and restaurants, and stocked on its best shelves.

The Program
Everything, from one partner.
Three things every coffee program needs – and one number to call for all of them.
01
The coffee
Award-winning coffees, sourced from some of the world’s top growers and roasted in small batches in Austin, Texas.
Coffee built for your menu
We work directly with you – tasting together, learning your needs and preferences, and finding the coffees that work for your bar.
02
The equipment
The right setup for your space and your budget – installed properly, and kept running by our own team.
Equipment & installation
We work with all major manufacturers to make sure you have the right equipment for your budget and the way your business actually runs.

03
The know-how
The coffee only works if the bar works. We help you build the program around it – and we keep coming back as your team changes.
Barista & brewing training
Espresso fundamentals, dial-in, milk and latte art, and brew methods – including the batch brew and drip setups food service runs on. Training when you launch, and ongoing training as your team changes.
Menu, pricing & bar design
What to put on the board, what to charge for it, and how to lay out the bar so a busy morning does not fall apart.
Marketing support
Point-of-sale and marketing assets that help you tell the story of the coffee in the cup.
Get Started
Sa-Tén came to the source with us.
Our partners do not have to take our word for what is in the bag. When we travel to origin, they are welcome to come along – and the team from Sa-Tén did exactly that. They stood on the drying patio, met the people who grow their coffee, and saw the work that happens months before a bag ever reaches their bar.
You are not buying a commodity from a warehouse. You are buying a specific coffee, from specific people, and you are welcome to go and meet them.
