With over thirty cultivars, excellent plant genetics, and state-of-the-art processing techniques, Anabella Meneses is continually elevating Santa Felisa’s reputation for rare and unique nano-lots. A yearly auction for their top coffees often fetches record prices, and they have won numerous awards including the prestigious top prize at 2017’s Cup of Excellence. This lot of Geisha 2722 (aka Panama Geisha) was harvested at 23 brix, submitted to anaerobic fermentation for 18 hours and then depulped and dry fermented for 42 hours. After washing, the coffee was submerged to soak in parchment for another eight hours before drying on raised beds for 10 days.
